A pastor in Nigeria is accused of murdering his daughter after claiming she was a witch who could turn into a snake, according to a viral post on X (formerly Twitter). The disturbing incident has sparked widespread outrage.
The post, shared by user @EduEle5, identified the suspect as Apostle Ubong Bassey Etim. It alleges that on February 15, 2025, he killed his 16-year-old daughter, a girl with Down syndrome, in Cross River State. Chances are that Pastor MAY have acted while innocently killing a snake and regrettably thereafter only to realize it was his daughter. Too sad. MHSRIP
