Ugandas Chief of Defence Forces General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has called upon fighters in the Democratic Republic of Congo to stop Killing Civilians.
General Muhoozi Kainerugaba who took to his different social media platforms to speak on the current situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo went on to say that the government under President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is going to deal with suspects who Kill Civilians.
Muhoozi also shared a video of Uganda Peoples Defence Forces soldiers training at night, a video that caught the attention of political analyst Charles Rwomushana who stated that soldiers are not supposed to be sleeping.
This is happening at the same time when President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has called upon the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo to meet with the M23 rebels.
