At least seven people have been confirmed dead following a horrible highway accident.
According to the Times of India, six family members, including a newlywed couple, were among those who died in the gruesome accident.
According to the police report, the family was returning from the couple’s wedding celebration in Jharkhand when the accident happened.
Bijnor SP Abhishek Jha said a Hyundai Creta, which was trying to overtake another vehicle, collided with a TukTuk, which was ferrying the newlyweds.
Six family members died on the spot while the driver died in hospital while receiving treatment.
