FUFA has confirmed ticket prices and kickoff time for the upcoming TotalEnergies Africa Cup of National Qualifier match between Uganda and South Africa.
Uganda Cranes will host Bafana Bafana on Friday, 15th November 2024 in the penultimate round of the Qualifiers.
The game will kickoff at 4PM EAT as guided by CAF for the final two qualification rounds. All the remaining group games will kickoff at the same time.
“As FUFA, we wanted to maintain the kickoff time we have had in the previous games but CAF decided that we should play at the same time with the other teams in the group (South Sudan and Congo) to avoid concerns like cindicate.” Stated FUFA EXCO Member Rogers Byamukama.
In the same breath, FUFA has revealed the ticket prices for the game.
The physical ordinary tickets will go for UGX 30,000 but fans can purchase discounted limited edition tickets via MTN MoMo.
MTN MoMo Early bird limited edition ticket will be at 20,000 UGX each for the period Monday 28th October 2024 to 2nd November 2024 while the MoMo Regular ticket will go for UGX 25,000 (on market after deadline of early bird).
The UGX 25,000 Regular ticket will be on market from 3rd to 14th November 2024.
The aforementioned tickets will only be bought via MTN MoMo.
A VIP ticket will cost 50,000 UGX while the Platinum ticket will go for 150,000 UGX.
FUFA VIP Family ticket will be at 320,000 UGX for 8 people. The seats in this category are reserved, there is halftime hospitality and parking stickers outside the stadium.
The FUFA Platinum Family ticket at 1,000,000/= covers 8 people, with reserved padded seats in the stadium, halftime hospitality in the Platinum lounge and a parking sticker inside the stadium.
Uganda needs a point from the remaining two group games to seal qualification to AFCON 2025 in Morocco.
The Uganda Cranes currently lead Group K on 10 points, two ahead of South Africa while Congo and South Sudan have four and zero points respectively.
