Soumendra Sahu, the new MD of Airtel Uganda

Airtel Uganda’s Board of Directors has named Soumendra Sahu as the company’s new managing director, effective December 1, 2024.

Sahu succeeds Manoj Murali, who resigned from the board on October 31, 2024.

Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, Sahu worked with Tata Docomo, Reliance Communications, and Asian Paints. His extensive knowledge and strategic insights are expected to drive Airtel Uganda’s growth and success.
