Former Ugandan Ambassador to Egypt and the Middle East, Richard Angualia, has died in a fatal motorcycle accident this evening at Abi-Zardi, a notorious black spot. The collision occurred as he was en route to his home in Maracha District.
According to reports by Monitor’s Felix Warom, Angualia was riding a motorcycle when he collided head-on with another rider. Tragically, both men died on the spot.
