State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, who is also an events promoter, has pledged to take legal action against any man found engaging in romantic or sexual relations with popular teenage TikToker, Musimenta Emmanuella, also known as Pretty Nicole.
Pretty Nicole gained public attention after a video went viral showing her being assaulted by a group of friends, including Kafta Queen, who accused her of stealing her boyfriend.
Balaam Barugahara has issued a stern warning to older men, urging them to stay away from Pretty Nicole or face arrest for being involved with a minor. He emphasized that it is unacceptable for mature men to engage in such relationships, especially with someone as young as Pretty Nicole, who is under 16 years old.
In his role as a key figure in youth and children’s welfare in Uganda, Balaam suggested that Pretty Nicole should be enrolled in a vocational school to help her gain skills and become financially independent. He believes that this would reduce her vulnerability to men who may take advantage of her.
He also suggested that she be placed in schools located outside of Kampala, in areas like Katakwi or Karamoja, to limit exposure to potential harm. Balaam criticized the media for giving her excessive attention, noting that she is still very young and in need of guidance. He plans to speak with her lawyer about arranging her enrollment in a vocational school to help her earn a legitimate income and avoid dangerous dependencies on men, which he warns could lead to serious consequences, including health risks.
