Police names Kiteezi land fill victims - UG Standard

KITEEZI-Following the Saturday incident where Kiteezi land fill in Wakiso district collapsed, damaging property and leading to loss of lives, Uganda Police working with partners including Uganda Red Cross, Office of the Prime, Ministry of Works and KCCA have released a list of the dead bodies that have been so far recovered.

According to Police a total of 21 bodies have have been retrieved and taken to City Mortuary Mulago for autopsy.

The names of those so far retrieved are:
Nasser, Nuwary Kironde, Sam Kajubi
Meddy Mubiru, Shamon Muhammed, Halima Nakalume, Mulikedete Phiona.

Others include a 3 months old baby of Mukadete, Kasule James , Mukose Emmanuel, Grace daughter to Anne Maria , Brenda Kawuki, Sharon House maid to Brenda

Kikambi Tiful, Nantege Jesca, Nalubega Easter, Whitney Nabulya 3 years old, Kawesa, Lwere Ronald 20 years, Kiyemba, Wife to Kiyemba
