Kasingye was active on the platform from way back while he was still an active officer in the Uganda Police Force, but after his retirement in 2022, he became more vocal on the platform since he was at liberty to express his personal views and opinions without representing or bleaching any organization’s terms of service.

This has created him more friends on top creating for him a space to advertise his businesses, as well as a platform were he seeks advice from experts on several issues

On Tuesday, 7th August 2024, Kasingye commented on Martha Kagimba aka Martha Kay’s post a response which he later found to be unfit and later deleted it prompting him to make a decision which looked to be so painful to him.

“My post in response to @MarthaKayug was an innocent banter. It was not intended to insinuate anything. Having realized the impact, I deleted it & will not make any post on this platform for a month with effect from tonight the 7th of Aug. I apologize for the inconvenience it has caused.” Reads Kasingye’s last tweet this month.

This decision clearly shows that the retired AIGP has owned up his mistake and ready to go an extra mile by abstaining from his favorite communication App for a while, some thing that its not common among many Ugandans.
