Sadness has filled St. Mary’s College Kisubi after the sudden death of Kirwana Peter, a Senior Three student.
The school confirmed his passing in a statement released on October 25, 2025, describing it as an “untimely death.” The cause of death was not mentioned, but the news has left students and teachers deeply shocked.
Kirwana’s classmates said his death came without warning and that he had been in good health earlier in the week. Many described him as a quiet and respectful student who got along well with others.
He will be buried on Sunday, October 26, at his family home in Narozali, Masaka District.
The entire school community is mourning the loss of a young and promising student. May his soul rest in peace.
