Vice President Kamala Harris highlighted several speakers on Thursday to eulogize Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, who passed away on July 19. Harris called Lee a “true champion,” and a woman of “deep faith and deep compassion.” Friends, family and colleagues paid respects to the longtime Texas congresswoman at Houston’s City Hall.
