Tycoon Haruna Sentongo Kicks Off Construction of UGX 202 Billion Skyscraper in Kampala

Tycoon Haruna Sentongo strikes gold in a new move which is seeing him developing Ugx202 billion skyscraper in the middle of Kampala city. The youthful real estate mogul has set his sights on conquering the city center.

Billionaire Haruna Sentongo has turned out a serial investor in the real estate market

Haruna started this construction project recently quietly, however, information has moved around that the Kisenyi king has stormed the city center and he has come in a big way. The plans have been approved and heads are turning.

Haruna has established himself as the landlord of Kisenyi, largely offering modern commercial spaces for traders who sell agro produce or motor spare parts.

However, this project on Wilson Road in the middle of the city is a game changer in his real estate business career.

CONSTRUCTION WORK IN PROGRESS: KCCA has approved Haruna Sentongo’s Wilson road construction site, works have already begun

Haruna’s new building is projected to cost Ugx202 billion. It is a construction with twin towers sitting on 45 decimals on Plot 18 Wilson Road.

Sources around tycoon Haruna, say, the real estate mogul had to postpone another planned construction project in Nakasero after he landed this prime property in the business center. It is said after the Wilson Road project completion, Haruna would embark on developing his Nakasero.

On his X page, Haruna Sentongo posted, “Take a look at the newly approved Wilson Road construction site, work has already begun, let not admire anything anywhere, we have the best country ^Uganda^ for human life worldwide.”

Haruna is the brother of another real estate mogul Ham Kiggundu of Nakivubo stadium redevelopment fame. The two brothers have been transformation agents for downtown Kampala in their youthful age.
