A disturbing video has surfaced online showing security guards at Akamwesi Hostel brutally assaulting a student who was already restrained with handcuffs. The incident has sparked outrage among students, parents, and the general public, raising serious concerns about the conduct of security personnel at the hostel.
The video, which lasts approximately 1 minute and 43 seconds, begins with a chaotic scene where a group of security guards can be seen surrounding the student. The student, whose identity has not been disclosed, is visibly distressed and handcuffed. Despite being restrained, the guards proceed to hit and shove the student, ignoring his pleas for mercy.
In the video, the student is seen being dragged across the floor by the guards before being forced to sit against a wall. The guards then continue to strike the student, using their hands and, at one point, what appears to be a baton. The student’s cries for help are audible in the background, but no one steps in to stop the assault.
